ESS routinely performs indoor environmental assessments. We offer our services strictly as a third party consultant. Our approach is based on engineering practices and guidelines. We believe in utilizing our experience and expertise to diagnose the problem and suggest the corrective action. We only conduct samples when we find evidence of mold / fungi, or volatile organic gases (VOCS) existing within the property or to prove the property is clean. Our techniques allow us to determine the cause, evaluate the problem, suggest corrective action and give recommendations to ensure that the problem does not reoccur. This approach allows us to effectively assess an environmental concern at an economical price.
